Pork Chops with Orange Rice

Made With: Condensed Chicken with Rice Soup

 

Ingredients:

Vegetable cooking spray

4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick (about 1 pound)

1 1/3 cups instant white rice

1 cup orange juice 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Condensed Chicken with Rice Soup

 

 

How to Make It

1) Spray a 10-inch skillet with the cooking spray and heat for 1 minute over medium-high heat. Add the chops and cook for 10 minutes or until they're well browned on both sides. Remove the chops from the skillet and set aside.

 

2) Spray a 2-quart shallow baking dish with the cooking spray. Spread the rice in the bottom of the dish. Pour the orange juice over the rice and top with the chops. Pour the soup over the chops. Cover the dish.

 

3) Bake at 350°F. for 20 minutes. Uncover the dish and bake for 10 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
